Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing original artwork. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind original, please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of original paintings are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully, and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Lost in Shippping

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. To process a claim, you will need to provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion. We recommend retaining all original packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

3. Commissions

Commissioned works are non-refundable once work has begun. A deposit of 50% is required to start a commission, and the remainder is due upon completion. If you have concerns about your commission, please communicate them before the work is finalized.
